Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Social Worker Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Excellent communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving abilities

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct group and individual interventions with students facing social, behavioral, or emotional challenges Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with school teams Liaise between students, families, and community agencies to access support services Maintain thorough records and comply with all confidentiality and documentation standards Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as needed Facilitate educational workshops for staff and families on relevant topics
