Required Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience in pediatric and/or school-based SLP strongly desired Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children Excellent communication and collaboration skills Flexibility and adaptability in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language concerns Provide individualized therapy sessions and develop evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely and organized manner Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Stay current with best practices and new developments in pediatric speech-language therapy
