We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to develop individualized treatment plans Administer therapy to improve communication and swallowing function Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
Requirements:
Active SLP license in the relevant state Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Current BLS certification Prior clinical experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
