$55-75/hour
Job Description:
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Belfair, WA | On-Site | Up to $75/hour W2 Hello SLPs, Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based positions in Belfair, WA.
Position Details:
In-person, school-based role, early childhood caseload! Full-time 1.0 FTE, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours/week Determine to evaluate, eval results meetings and IEPs happen before and after student day. Developmental Preschool, Itinerant services, Child Find Evaluations and possibly Transition to Kindergarten support pending caseload numbers
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain) Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate ASHA CCCs Benefits (W-2 Employment): Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees working 0.8 FTE or more 401(k) with company matching Reimbursements for licensure, continuing education, and professional costs Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate Paid time off for volunteer work and donation matching for nonprofits (0.8 FTE and above) General and professional liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses
