9669755-98335 Job Description Exciting contract opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make a difference in the lives of students. Positions are open for both full-time and part-time roles, serving elementary and high school students through in-person support. You will work collaboratively within a dynamic educational team, supporting communication development in students and helping them reach their full potential during the academic year.

Current openings:

Two full-time positions (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week) One part-time position (0.8 FTE, 4 days per week) All roles are onsite and begin as soon as possible through June 17, 2027.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Washington SLP License ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in elementary or high school settings Conduct assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to promote student success Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Provide support for students with a wide range of speech and language needs Ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines These positions offer the chance to work alongside caring professionals, build relationships within the school community, and positively impact students educational journeys.
