Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience with pediatric populations, including Pre-K through grade 12 Background in Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School environments Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to craft individualized treatment plans adaptable to a broad range of developmental stages Collaborative spirit and commitment to positive school partnership

Core Responsibilities:

Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for students from Pre-K through Grade 12 Develop and implement customized intervention programs to address student needs Consult with families, teachers, and staff to support student progress and carryover of goals Document evaluation results, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and legal standards Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and help set measurable student objectives Deliver dynamic therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group settings Participate in ongoing professional development activities This contract position uniquely blends autonomy with a supportive educational environment, allowing you to make a measurable contribution to children's academic and personal growth.
