Active WA State SLP or SLPA license required Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required for SLPs Experience or strong interest in school or healthcare-based speech-language pathology Background with pediatric caseloads and diverse age groups is highly valued Enthusiastic, collaborative, and flexible mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct therapeutic services to a caseload of about 45 students Serve students from early childhood through high school across multiple grade levels Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop IEP goals and support student progress Maintain clear documentation and progress reports consistent with school and state guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise for student success Whats Offered to
