Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Washington State licensure or willingness to secure licensure prior to start ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for students

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose communication disorders in school-age children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support optimal learning outcomes Maintain timely documentation and progress reports as required by school policies and state guidelines Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions Provide guidance and education to staff and families regarding speech-language development
