ASAP Inspire Student Success Through Communication We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Olympia, Washington. This full-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference by helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and independently. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings. Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication goals. Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements. Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and classroom communication strategies. Educate families and school staff on evidence-based practices that promote communication development. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply if eligible. Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. What We Offer Competitive weekly pay.
