Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible SLP licensure for Washington State Recent experience providing speech services in a school-based setting Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in new environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech/language therapy services to students with diverse needs Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general and special education staff, as well as families and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation and student records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
