3009161722-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Rula Health is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to diverse adults and adolescents. In this remote-first role, you'll complete biopsychosocial assessments, create collaborative treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy via secure telehealth. You'll document care in Rula's technology platform, coordinate with psychiatrists and other providers, and follow clear protocols for risk and crisis management. Responsibilities Provide telehealth psychotherapy and clinical social work services to adults and/or adolescents Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation aligned with regulatory and payer requirements Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, and care teams to coordinate patient care Monitor risk, respond to crises, and follow safety and escalation protocols Use Rula's technology platform to manage scheduling, notes, and communication Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care Participate in case consultation, supervision, or peer review as appropriate Educate patients on coping skills, community resources, and care navigation Uphold ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards in all clinical work Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnosis Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care) Telehealth platforms and digital documentation Risk assessment and crisis intervention Treatment planning and goal setting Knowledge of HIPAA and behavioral health regulations Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Care coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration Culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice Time management and remote practice workflows
