There are three Speech-Language Pathologist positions: two full time (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours weekly) and one part-time (.8 FTE, 4 days per week). Desired Qualifications:

Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP). ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification in WA. Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI required. CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA. Previous experience working in a school-based SLP role. Ability to work with a diverse student population at either elementary or high school level. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable, collaborative, and responsive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide direct speech and language therapy to students. Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school and legal guidelines. Engage with families and educators to support student growth and program effectiveness. Participate in school-based meetings and professional development activities.
