Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist providing services to students for the upcoming school year. With a weekly commitment of 25 hours, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting children's communication and academic growth in a vibrant educational environment. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about working in pediatric and school-based settings and interested in flexible, part-time hours.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Valid Washington state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare speech-language pathology preferred Skilled in delivering therapy both on-site and via teletherapy platforms Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to evidence-based intervention and individualized support
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with diverse speech-language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing both speech and language goals Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student success Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings Deliver therapy sessions in person and, when appropriate, via teletherapy Stay informed on best practices and adapt interventions as needed throughout the school year
