Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Washington ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based settings Familiarity with early childhood, elementary, and adolescent populations Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Comfort managing IEPs, evaluations, and group or individual therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized speech and language therapy to K12 students Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams Adapt therapeutic approaches to fit each students unique needs and learning style Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment for academic and social growth
