Qualifications & Experience Desired:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for Washington State (or eligibility for licensure) CCC-SLP credential or candidates currently completing CFY are welcome Experience in pediatric or school-based SLP services preferred Comfortable with remote/teletherapy and in-person service delivery Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments for students of varying ages Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms Monitor, document, and report student progress toward goals Serve as a resource and advocate for student communication needs Partner with teachers, support staff, and caregivers for holistic support
