Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Washington State Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP role is an asset Strong communication, organizational, and adaptive problem-solving skills Passion for working with children and diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluate students speech, language, voice, and fluency Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and progress reports Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development sessions Adapt and modify materials as necessary to support student engagement This contract SLP position means youll have the support of a knowledgeable educational team, with opportunities to grow your skills and make a lasting difference.
