With a manageable caseload of approximately 45, youll provide essential speech-language services that empower learners to reach their full potential. Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Active WA SLP or SLPA License required ESA certification required for SLPs Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric speech-language services Open to SLPs with CCCs, CFYs, and SLPAs Previous healthcare or educational setting experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering a supportive, accessible learning climate
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with varied speech and language needs Maintain and organize documentation according to school and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to develop and implement IEPs Provide therapy services across all grade levels as assigned Communicate regularly with caregivers and participate in school team meetings Support students functional communication to enhance classroom participation and academic achievement Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical, evidence-based practices
