Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington State Appropriate credentials or certifications for SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics is preferred Strong clinical skills within healthcare or educational environments Familiarity working with a wide range of ages and needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from preschool through high school Conduct evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective interventions Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in education and healthcare settings
