Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based caseloads Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Deliver both direct and consultative services to address students needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary conferences as required Serve as a resource to staff and families, offering guidance on supporting student communication goals
