Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) Active Washington SLP license and ASHA CCCs Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school setting Ability to provide in-person services (no virtual or SLPA roles available) Adaptability to support diverse campuses in both urban and rural areas Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels (K-12) Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student development Travel between assigned schools as needed Maintain thorough, timely documentation compliant with state and district requirements Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings as appropriate This contract role is ideal for those who thrive when making connections across school settings and communities.
