Sunbelt Staffing has an opening for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Spanaway, Washington for the 20262027 school year. Multiple caseloads are available across the district, and candidate preferences, experience, and areas of interest will be taken into consideration when determining placement. This is an onsite position with a consistent 37.5-hour work week. Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services based on students individualized needs and goals Complete evaluations, assessments, and reevaluations as required Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans Monitor student progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers Provide recommendations for appropriate accommodations and classroom strategies Communicate effectively with school staff regarding student progress and needs Skills Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work with students across a variety of ages and needs Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork Ability to manage documentation and caseload responsibilities independently Qualifications Active Washington State SLP license required Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required Strong understanding of school-based speech and language services Ability to work onsite throughout the assignment Experience Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and multidisciplinary collaboration is beneficial Relevant experience and preferred caseload will be considered during placement Education Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Work Hours MondayFriday, 37.5 hours per week Full-time, onsite schedule 20262027 school year Employment Type Full-Time, Contract Industry Education / School-Based Therapy Job Location Spanaway, Washington Date Posted September 25, 2026 Valid Through June 30, 2027 Multiple SLP caseloads are available for the 20262027 school year.
