Job Description

Step into a fulfilling school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position supporting preschool students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity begins August 31st, 2026 and continues through June 15th, 2027, offering a consistent schedule of 35-37.5 hours per week across five days. Make a positive difference as part of a collaborative and welcoming team focused on school-aged developmental growth—working onsite with a preschool caseload.

Desired qualifications and background:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY welcome Previous experience with preschool or early childhood caseloads is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills SLPAs are encouraged to apply and will be considered for this role Background in delivering both direct and consultative SLP services beneficial Committed to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment Key responsibilities and duties: Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students in a school setting Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student progress documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals Offer guidance, training, and support to SLPAs and staff as appropriate Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and case reviews Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives This contract provides the chance to contribute to a vibrant school environment, reach developmental milestones with young learners, and collaborate with dedicated education professionals.
