10 About the Role EMP Healthcare is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide speech and language services to K-12 students in a school-based setting. You will evaluate communication needs, provide therapy, monitor student progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language assessments. Provide individualized speech-language therapy. Monitor student progress and maintain documentation. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP and student progress meetings. Manage a caseload of up to 60 students. Requirements Active Washington State SLP license required. ESA certification required. Must be available to work in person. School-based experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
