Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Birth to Three Speech Therapist to join our dynamic early intervention team. Duties Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for infants and toddlers to identify communication delays or impairments Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage Deliver engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, including telehealth options when appropriate Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of intervention strategies Provide guidance on speech and language development milestones, parent education, and home practice activities Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and assessments within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatrics, early intervention, and telehealth therapy Skills Extensive knowledge of pediatrics, early intervention strategies, and speech-language pathology principles Proven experience working with children with speech impairments, disabilities, or developmental delays in diverse settings such as clinics or schools Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language functions in young children Skilled in developing and implementing effective speech-language therapy plans that promote communication growth Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering remote therapy sessions effectively Excellent parent collaboration skills to foster supportive relationships and empower families in their child's development Join us in transforming lives through innovative pediatric speech therapy!
