Qualifications and Experience:

Active or eligible speech-language pathology license in Wisconsin Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Prior experience with pediatric populations (K12) in schools preferred Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation requirements Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and communicate effectively with parents and staff

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K12 students Create and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams Maintain accurate records and progress reports Provide family and staff consultation as needed Attend team meetings and participate in school-based initiatives
