9607291-54228 Job Description This exciting opportunity offers a full-time contract position for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students near Mishicot, WI. Step into a role where you can make a meaningful differenceproviding services to an assigned caseload of 46 students, all within a single site. The assignment covers a leave from September 26th through January 6th, with the possibility of extension depending on returning staff. Candidates who have completed their Clinical Fellowship (CF) and those seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are both encouraged to applya great chance for early-career professionals to gain valuable school-based experience!
Desired Qualifications:
Holds or eligible for SLP-CCC or actively pursuing SLP-CFY Current state licensure or ability to obtain Prior experience with school-aged children preferred, but not required Strong communication and organization skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in elementary students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with school and state requirements Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into everyday classroom activities Participate in IEP meetings and provide regular updates to families and staff This role offers a consistent weekly schedule at one elementary site, fostering lasting relationships with students and staff.
