Your background and skills:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Wisconsin. Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage a diverse caseload of approximately 38-40 students across K-12 settings. In this role, you will: Provide direct speech and language services to students, addressing a broad range of communication needs. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs. Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student progress. Document and maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input for student goals and interventions.
