Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates may be considered if supervision is available Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to a range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders within a K-12 setting Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and objectives for students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and social-emotional well-being Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies Participate in student IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams May offer support and guidance to CFY participants (if appropriate supervision is secured) This position offers flexibility through a contract arrangement, with opportunities to build meaningful connections and impacts across diverse school communities.
