9657588-53402 Job Description Step into an engaging opportunity as a School Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in a welcoming educational setting near Racine, WI. Two onsite SLPs are needed for the upcoming school year (26/27 SY), with positions open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) professionals. Enjoy a manageable caseload across one to two closely located schools, making your day-to-day transitions seamless. Each location has an established lead SLP ready to provide guidance, mentorship, and support as you settle into your role. This is a full-time contract position, with 37.5 hours per week and the possibility of renewal based on fit and mutual satisfaction. Youll work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment, utilizing your expertise in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders in elementary-aged students. Specific caseload and site details will be shared during the interview process to ensure the best placement for your skillset.

Key Skills & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Wisconsin Open to CFY or CCC-level candidates Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical applicants welcomed Comfortable serving students in-person with an elementary caseload Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver therapeutic services to students with diverse communication needs Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate reporting and documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring Competitive pay starts at $45+ per hour, determined by experience.
