Lakefront Home Services is a growing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving residential and commercial customers across southeastern Wisconsin. We're backed by modern systems, including field management software, professional scheduling, and dedicated office support, so our technicians can focus on the work instead of the paperwork. We're looking for an HVAC Technician who can handle both installations and service calls. What you'll do Install and replace furnaces, AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, and rooftop units in residential and light commercial settings Handle ductwork, line sets, gas piping, venting, controls wiring, and equipment startup Diagnose and repair electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and combustion issues Perform seasonal maintenance and safety checks Explain issues and repair or replacement options to customers clearly Document work orders, photos, and notes in our field management app Participate in on-call rotation What we're looking for 2+ years of HVAC installation and/or service experience EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Comfortable working independently on service calls Willingness to learn

Pay:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
