Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in WV ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with school-aged children across diverse caseloads Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student success Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in group and one-on-one settings Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
