9520635-25541 Job Description If you are a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) with a passion for making a difference in school settings, this contract opportunity offers an exciting and rewarding challenge. Serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade, you will work across several sites, collaborating with fellow professionals and providing essential support to a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students. Qualifications & Experience:
Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with students in school settings, particularly with diverse Pre-K to 8th-grade populations Strong communication skills with students, families, and educational teams Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual needs and multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a caseload of around 40 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress Manage documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards Travel between multiple school sites to provide consistent services This contract offers the flexibility and autonomy sought by many travel professionals and the satisfaction of contributing to student success in a collaborative school environment.
