Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service in both fine dining and nightclub settings. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and inventory management. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events or catering services as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including specialty cocktails, wines, beers, and food pairings. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Experience with brewing techniques or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus. Previous experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
