Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Valid SLPA or SLP license in Alabama Experience supporting speech and language needs in school-based settings preferred Comfort working across a diverse student population (PreK12th grade) Adaptability, strong organizational skills, and clear communication abilities Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy and support under the supervision of licensed SLPs (for SLPA candidates), or independently (for SLP-CCC) Implement individual and group interventions according to students IEPs Collect data, monitor progress, and assist in reporting outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
