The ideal candidate will supervise SLPA's and conduct evaluations for their caseload in the home based setting. This role is crucial in providing therapy services to children and students, particularly in pediatric settings in the home. (If caseload is desired, it is available.)
Position Overview:
This is a part-time, home-based position providing supervison and evals as needed to roughly 1-15 hrs per week.. Sessions are held in the child's home/community setting, depending on individual needs.
Hours:
After school hours or 1 2-6pm are our most desired time frames, although some earlier times sometimes arise.
Pay :
SLP:
$80-85 per session, admin time and supervision separate $45, W2, and $125 per eval.
Service Area:
Buckeye, Laveen, Goodyear, Avondale, Glendale, or West Valley Responsibilities:
Provide supervision to SLPA's and eval to individuals with disabilities in the home based setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with state and DDD requirements. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each child's communication goals. Participate in team meetings and provide input on program improvement.
Qualifications:
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Arizona SLP license Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
