Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Schedule:
Flexible | Availability from 3:00-6:00pm for sessions is needed on some days
Pay:
Competitive per-visit rate Join Our Growing Pediatric Therapy Team! Do you have a passion for helping children find their voice? We're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home speech therapy services to children throughout the community. As part of our caring and collaborative team, you'll deliver high-quality therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP — with the freedom and flexibility that comes with being a 1099 contractor.
What You'll Do:
Provide home-based speech and language therapy for pediatric clients. Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising SLP. Track and document sessions using our simple electronic system. Communicate progress and updates with caregivers and supervisors. Build lasting connections with children and families in your community.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Current Arizona SLPA license (required). ✅ Pediatric experience (home health, school, or clinic). ✅ Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. ✅ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for home visits. ✅ Professional, compassionate, and dependable personality.
