We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support the delivery of high-quality speech and language therapy services. Working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), the SLPA will implement treatment plans, document progress, and help individuals develop effective communication skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Collect and document therapy data, monitor progress, and report outcomes to the supervising SLP. Assist with preparing therapy materials and maintaining a positive therapy environment. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members to support communication goals. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as assigned. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field that meets state requirements. Current state SLPA license or certification, as required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
