We specialize in providing quality services to children with disabilities. We assess and develop individualized treatment plans for children ages 12 months to 18 years, as well as adults aged 18 and older, diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders. We are currently seeking Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to work in our clinic located in Anaheim, CA.
Position Requirements:
Current CA Board SLPA License Ability to pass background and reference check (FBI / DOJ) CA Driver's License and reliable transportation Successful completion (valid within 1 year) TB Test, CPR, fit for work physical, LiveScan Enthusiastic, Professional, Responsible and dedicated to work with children with special needs
Position Responsibilities:
Being fun, energetic and motivating for children ages 12 months to 18 years and their families. Document patient performance and report information to the supervising SLP. Maintain accurate records of therapy including session notes. Assist the SLP with screening and assessments of patients without interpretation. Follow documented treatment plans or protocols developed by the supervising SLP. Ability to work with various behaviors. Receive ongoing training through overlaps with SLP Participate in on-going training and education seminars
