• Responsibilities
• + Assist Speech Language Pathologists in providing speech and language services to students + Implement treatment plans and therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP + Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes + Support students in classroom and educational settings + Collaborate with school staff and families as appropriate
• Requirements
• + Graduate of an SLPA program with an Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders + Minimum 100 hours of supervised fieldwork experience or equivalent + Current California SLPA license/certification + One year of SLPA experience preferred + Current health screening requirements as applicable + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements •Additional Information•+ Transportation may be required between assignments + Diapering/toileting responsibilities are mandatory + General Education classroom environment + Low behavioral support needs + Level 2 medical support •Compensation•+

Local Pay Rate:

The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant will have clinical, educational, documentation, and treatment related activities while working within the scope of responsibilities/ plan of care assigned by the Speech Language Pathologist and/or physician.

• Minimum Requirements:
