Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and valid California SLPA license is required Previous experience as a school-based SLPA or in pediatric settings is highly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to various student needs and work effectively within a K-12 caseload Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in a school environment

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language interventions to students, as directed by the supervising SLP Assist in implementing therapy plans and documenting student progress Support SLP with assessments, material preparation, and data collection Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
