This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career under the guidance of a supervising SLP while being part of a clinic that's building for the future. What You'll Do Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric clients under SLP supervision Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs Collect data and track client progress Document session notes during paid time embedded in your schedule Communicate with families and caregivers professionally and supportively Join team trainings and meetings to keep learning and growing

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Must have active California SLPA license Associate's degree in SLPA program or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders Strong interest in pediatric speech therapy Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive, growth-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
