Job Description

Step into a dynamic school environment and make a difference for students from pre-kindergarten through 6th grade as you support communication and learning success. You'll work closely with experienced speech-language pathologists (SLPs) to implement high-quality speech services and help young learners reach their goals. This contract opportunity offers a rewarding daily schedule from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM, allowing time for both professional growth and personal balance. Your ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and engage students will be highly valued in this role. Every day brings new opportunities to support students' progress, working across several grade levels and helping to ensure every child receives the attention they deserve.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid SLPA certification or licensure (required) Experience in a school-based setting preferred Familiarity with supporting SLPs or direct therapy experience Strong organization and communication skills Ability to work with students across a range of ages and abilities Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Work under the guidance of multiple SLPs to deliver services and interventions Assist with therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups Help in developing and implementing individualized plans for students Maintain accurate records and progress notes as directed Foster a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere for students in grades PK-6 Enjoy consistent hours within the regular school day, providing a predictable schedule and opportunities for lasting professional connections.
