Job Description

We're Hiring! Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Full-Time | Monday-Friday, No Weekends | Immediate Opening | Long-Term Position On Track Speech Therapy, Inc. is looking for a reliable, motivated, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing pediatric practice in La Habra, CA! We pride ourselves on being a slower-paced, quality-driven clinic where therapists have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with their clients and families without the pressure of an overwhelming caseload. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we do not schedule 30-minute or group sessions, and our clinicians see no more than 7 clients per day. What Makes This Opportunity Different?
Manageable Caseload:
No more than 7 clients per day, with individualized, one-on-one therapy sessions.
Hybrid Service Model:
A combination of in-clinic and limited in-home therapy. The SLPA may see approximately 3-5 in-home clients per week, typically starting their day with 1-2 in-home visits on 1-3 mornings per week before transitioning to the clinic for the remainder of their scheduled clients.
Mentorship:
Work closely under the supervision and guidance of a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Consistent Schedule:
35-37 hours, Monday through Friday, with a stable caseload. New Graduates Welcome! We are happy to support motivated clinicians who are eager to learn and grow. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in an SLPA program OR Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders. Active California SLPA license (required). At least one year of pediatric experience preferred, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly desired, but not required. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children. Join Our Team!
