MONDAY-FRIDAY

930am to 6pm. Position is expected to be 30-40 hours a week. Zoom interview will be first level and techs that meet the following qualifications are likely to see a second in person interview:

• Customer service skills (you'll be answering phones / taking walk ins / remote support in some cases)
• Technical skills preferably both with Apple and PC / Desktops and Laptops primarily
• Be able to reliably backup data
• Be able to reinstall a Windows/Apple operating system, possibly Linux in rare cases
• Know how to disassemble / or figure out in an efficient manner how to disassemble laptops and desktops
• Motherboard replacements / Fan replacement/ Drive replacement /Power supply replacements / etc
• Advanced Diagnostics
• and much more Promising techs that may not necessarily meet all our requirements may be offered a lower paid 90 day orientation period with a re-eval after those 90 days.

The first 90 days are at will employment We ask techs to have reliable transportation Being punctual is important, but there is some flexibility for non opening shifts. Tips and end of the bonuses for good months. Techs are expected to work with clients in a kind, professional manner. This job will get stressful at times, as all support/service jobs do.
