Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Prior experience supporting speech-language services in school settings Familiarity with IEP implementation and data documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-motivation and adaptability in changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and lesson plans Support the implementation and documentation of students' IEP goals Collaborate with educational staff and families to enhance student achievement Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
