This role is based near Ontario, CA, and centers on delivering impactful speech and language services within school settings. Key Qualifications:

Valid SLPA license or certification required for practice in California Experience in K-12 school environments or pediatric care settings highly preferred Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and data collection techniques Strong collaboration skills for partnering with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and support staff Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Compassionate demeanor and dedication to supporting students' individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Work directly with students, implementing treatment plans under supervision of a licensed SLP Assist with administering speech and language screenings and collecting data for progress monitoring Support development and follow-through of IEP goals by delivering engaging activities and interventions Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to progress reports Collaborate with classroom educators and families to foster positive learning outcomes Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
