About Wings Learning Center Founded in 2001, Wings Learning Center is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can achieve personal growth and learn at their own pace. As a specialized school licensed by the California Department of Education, we serve students aged 5 to 22 with ASD and similar developmental learning differences.
