We are committed to supporting both new and experienced providers in finding rewarding, in-person opportunities that align with their goal Position Overview We're looking for In Person School Based Speech-Language Pathologists Assistants (SLPA's) to join our school-based team across several San Fernando Valley locations. In this role, you'll work directly with TK-12 students, helping them build communication skills that support their learning and confidence. Responsibilities Deliver speech and language therapy services to students Support communication and learning goals in collaboration with school staff Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in school-related events and meetings as needed IEP Experience SLPA /Speech Language Pathology Assistant Qualifications:
Active California SLPA license. At least one year of recent relevant experience preferred. School and IEP experience is preferred but not required. Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education. Must possess strong communication and organizational skills. Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.
