Position Summary The Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position provides speech and language therapy to meet student's communication needs under the supervision of a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Assists the department in specific therapy sessions as per client Individualized Education Plan (IEP)/ Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Provides direct and indirect services to specific age groups. May work in a classroom with groups or individuals. This job description is intended as a guide to the general job responsibilities.
