Intuitive Kids Therapy is a rapidly growing pediatric speech therapy practice serving children across homes, schools, and daycare centers in the San Gabriel and Pomona Valley area. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in the San Gabriel and Pomona area and surrounding cities. We welcome candidates at two availability levels. See below to find the option that works best for you. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply. Option 1: Building Toward Full Time You are available up to 40 hours per week and are looking to grow into a full time role. We will start by filling your schedule with clients as they become available in your area, with the goal of bringing you to full time. Once you reach and maintain a full time caseload, you become eligible for our full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. Option 2: Part Time You have a set number of hours available each week and are looking to fill that time with meaningful work. We will match your availability with clients and makeup sessions as schedules align. This is a great fit for candidates looking for consistent part time work in pediatric speech therapy. What You Will Do Provide direct speech and language therapy to children ages 2 to 18 Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs Deliver services across home, school, and daycare settings Maintain clear and consistent communication with families Complete accurate session documentation Collaborate with your supervising SLP and the broader clinical team What We Are Looking For Active California SLPA License (required) Associate degree in Speech Language Pathology Assisting (required) Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license (required) Strong communication and time management skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Experience working with children is a plus but not required Compensation Starting at $32 per hour, based on experience Mileage reimbursement Benefits eligible upon reaching and maintaining full time status We review applications daily and typically reach out to qualified candidates within 24 hours.
